ׂ╰┈➤ The time for completion of customized work varies - depending on Health, Work, School, Family, Complexity, or other Life-issues. If there will be an extended time of completion, I will notify the customer as soon as possible. 

ׂ╰┈➤ Placing my art into any AI engines, or any form of AI - is prohibited. 

ׂ╰┈➤ You may not use my work for NFTs.

ׂ╰┈➤ I retain the right as a private business to accept or decline commission requests, fall into categories I am not comfortable making artwork of, or if I feel my skill level does not meet your request.

ׂ╰┈➤ I take payment via Paypal, Ko-fi, VGen, or Patreon.  Upon agreement, An invoice will be sent from Paypal. 

• (If you do not use Paypal for payment & use another form of payment - I will manually mark the invoice as paid.) 

ׂ╰┈➤ All commission work and art purchased must be paid in full up front, or a minimum down payment of 50% is to be made up front.  

ׂ╰┈➤ Once artwork has been started for customized commission work - there is no refunds.

ׂ╰┈➤ If no money has been sent, and artwork has not been started - A commissioner can cancel their commission request. 

ׂ╰┈➤ If I deem I am taking way too much time on your commission; I sometimes will give refunds or partial refunds; along with gifting the current artwork I started as an apology for taking too long/cancelling the commission. ((This is by artist decision only.)) 

ׂ╰┈➤ Artwork that was premade and purchased may be refunded 1 week after purchase. After 1 week, no refunds will be issued. 

ׂ╰┈➤ Any premade artwork/items refunded must be completely intact/whole. I will not give refunds to damaged items/ruined art.

ׂ╰┈➤ ChimeArtworks holds no responsibility for courier services/USPS - lost/stolen/damaged packages. If this happens, please contact the artist directly to discuss. 

•  Any artwork/items shipped out will be sent through UPS, and unless requested/paid for otherwise, will not have insurance added.

Chargebacks are considered a form of theft. I cannot take back pixels/digital art once given. If a chargeback is placed against this business - I reserve the right to Blacklist you and your family/friends from doing any further business with me. 

I also reserve the right to notify other artists of this behavior;  Your name will be publicly posted  for others to watch out for you.  - I also have every right to file a complaint and dispute the chargeback and funds given to me. 

ׂ╰┈➤ I, the artist, hold the rights to the produced drawing. I might post the work online:

• On web forums 
• Discord
• Social Media
• This website's gallery

ׂ╰┈➤ Fanart commissions may be used to produce physical prints, and merchandise as needed - However characters depicted in fanart is still copyrighted by their original creators.

ׂ╰┈➤ You, the commissioner or receiver of Gift-Art are allowed to: 

• Make personal prints of the art for personal use only. (Not resell) 
• Claim copyright of personal characters in art piece - but not the artwork itself
• Use the artwork to promote themselves: With proper credit given back to the artist
• Repost the artwork to Discord, Web forums, & Social Media (With credit given to the artist) 
• Use the artwork as an avatar, banner, badge, or profile pictures

• Reproducing/using the work purchased commercially: (Profiting off artist's work) 
• Removing artist's watermarks/Signatures
• Selling the work to someone else without artist's express permission
• Majorly altering the artwork without Artist's consent.
• Using the content/artwork for Streaming content/Merchandise
• Tracing the artwork and claiming it's your own. 
• Using artwork the Artist has expressly asked you not to use/post anywhere. (Typically this happens if/when refunds are issued)

Anyone caught doing the above will be blacklisted and prohibited from obtaining any future work from the artist. 

ׂ╰┈➤ Commissions can be placed for commercial usage. Terms will need to be discussed with the artist; but please note with commercial usage the following will be asked:

• Potential royalties, kickbacks, or percentages of profits earned from work
• The artist still holds copyright over the work, commercial usage grants art licensing.
• The artist's signature remains on all artwork used 
• The Artist retains rights to place art on website gallery, and promote themselves with artwork. 

ׂ╰┈➤ Upon contacting the artist, We will discuss what you're seeking, what artwork you want made. 

ׂ╰┈➤ Once price, content desired, and terms are agreed upon. Artist will send an invoice via paypal for payment.

ׂ╰┈➤ Once payment is given, either full; or half up front. Artist will begin the commission.

• You can follow the artist's progress on her Trello board, linked in the invoice.

ׂ╰┈➤ Once a "red sketch" is designed (this is the skeleton of the piece)  Artist will show the basic pose, and undersketch to give an idea of what the body positioning and pose will be. This is the time to make changes to the piece!

ׂ╰┈➤ As it states, this is the basic outline of the piece. Once lineart is made no further changes will be made to the lineart itself. 

ׂ╰┈➤ Sometimes the artist will reveal flat colors if the piece is colored; this is the time that a customer can request changes to the colors provided. (Not the lineart.) 

ׂ╰┈➤ By this stage, the piece is either complete, or almost complete. Small adjustments may be made at this time, such as specific file-types, sizes, etc. 

ׂ╰┈➤ Some content I, the artist; will flatly refuse to make.

• Anything depicting adult themes with characters under the age of 18.
• Anything depicting abuse or assault of animals or children.
• Any content that contains hate speech, sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, or hateful content
• flagrant pornography
